Trust, privacy, and visibility

Feedvance is built so honest feedback can be safer to give and more useful to receive.

You can track progress and unlock grouped insights, but never sees who responded, who has not responded, or any raw written comment.

Who sees what

Feedvance separates invitation management from response visibility.

You can see

  • Who was invited
  • How many total responses have been received
  • Overall insights after 3+ completed responses
  • Role-based insights only when a role reaches 3+ completed responses
  • AI-generated grouped text themes

You cannot see

  • Who responded
  • Who has not responded
  • Which score came from which person
  • Any raw written comment
  • Any individual-level feedback trail

Respondent gets

  • No account required
  • Short survey
  • Identity never shown to requester
  • Answers only contribute to grouped, threshold-based results

What never becomes visible

Some things are intentionally never exposed in the product, even after thresholds are met.

  • Individual respondent identities
  • Responder status per person
  • Any score mapped back to a person
  • Any raw written comment
  • Any individual feedback trail over time

Threshold rules

Feedvance uses minimum response thresholds before insights become visible.

Overall insights unlock only after 3 or more completed responses. Before that point, you can still see how many responses have been received, but not the protected insight output.

This threshold is there to reduce the chance that any single response can be inferred or singled out.

Role-based threshold rules

Role-based breakdowns are protected separately from the overall report.

A role appears only when the same role reaches 3 or more completed responses. If a role has too few responses, that role-level view stays hidden or is kept grouped into the broader result set.

Low-response behavior

Low response counts do not produce partially exposed feedback.

Below threshold, results remain locked. The system avoids showing thin slices of data that could make it easier to guess who said what.

AI handling of open text

Open-text feedback is never shown back as raw comments.

Instead, Feedvance uses AI to group themes and rewrite summaries so you can learn from recurring patterns without seeing the original wording. The goal is to reduce identifying details while still making the feedback useful.

Reminders and opt-out

Feedvance can send reminder emails automatically so you does't have to follow up awkwardly.

Recipients can opt out of future reminder emails. You still does not see who responded, who has not responded, or who opted out. They only see the overall response count.
